Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance, with a preference for those with NGO or nonprofit sector experience. Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle. Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Solid understanding of international financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Adaptability and cultural sensitivity to thrive in diverse settings.
