Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an NGO or international organization. Experience in managing office operations and supporting senior management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset). Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams. Commitment to URA’s mission and values, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
