Your profile:
- A proven track record in human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Experience in the nonprofit sector or international organizations is a plus.
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Capability to align HR strategies with organizational goals and international disaster relief operations. Experience in developing policies and procedures that promote organizational effectiveness and compliance.
- Preparedness to manage personnel logistics during rapid deployment situations and crisis scenarios. Flexibility and resilience to navigate challenges in dynamic environments.
